Take it In, Live it Out

For Rising 5th and 6th Grade

Matthew 7:24 says, "Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock." During His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said that anyone who hears His teachings and puts them into practice is a wise man. Jesus also said that anyone who hears His teachings and does not put them into practice is a foolish man. If we want to be wise, not only do we need to hear what Jesus taught, we need to do what Jesus taught. In other words, we need to Take in Scripture and then Live It Out. Join us on our 5th & 6th Grade Retreat as we learn to "live out" what God's Word teaches.
